Born in Chelyabinsk.  Lives in Plyos, Ivanovo Oblast.  Graduated from the Krasnoselskoye School of Artistic Metalworking (KUKHOM). Founded and served as director of the Krasnoselskoye Museum of Jewelry and Folk Applied Art. Headed the Department of Russian Art at the Plyos Museum-Reserve. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
